Quick Breakfast Muffins!

I usually cook scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast as it is the easiest meal you can make in the morning! But sometimes it’s nice to mix it up while also making sure that little time is spent during rush hour. So I present to you, Banananana Muffins!




  • Melted butter – 1/4 cup
  •  Ripe banana – 1
  •  White granulated sugar – 1/2 cup
  •  Milk – 1 tbs
  • Egg – 1
  • Vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  •  All purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin pan with muffin liners of your choice
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla extract and mix well
  4. Sift baking soda, salt and flour in a separate bowl and then add it to the mixture and again, mix well
  5. Now fill the muffin liners equally (about half full)
  6. Bake the muffins for 17 min, cook until a tester toothpick comes out clean
  7. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for about 5 min and then turn them over on a cooling rack

Drizzle some chocolate sauce or maple syrup  and enjoy them warm! 🙂

P.S.- Your home will also get the delicious bakery-esque aroma when you cook this.
